We are pleased to back our ­products with an outstanding warranty, and the best part is... it’s fully transferable.

We warranty our window and doorframes against manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship for a period of 21 years. We include full labour on the cost of repairing or replacing the frame for the first 2 years. Our skylight frame includes a 10-year warranty on its frame. The insulated glass units also carry a warranty for a period of 10 years, which is fully transferable. 

At Thermoproof we don’t just warranty our products while you own your home, we want that protection to continue with the home if you sell.
